Principals' Welcome

Welcome to the Immaculate Conception-St. Joseph School Website!

We appreciate your interest in ICSJ and we trust that this interactive site will provide you with a wealth of information about our exemplary academics, faith-based education, admission criteria, community outreach, and athletic program.  Whether you are a prospective parent or a current parent, it is our hope that you will gain further insight to our school community and its mission through this site.

ICSJ is an incredibly special place because of the many dedicated individuals associated with the school. The administration, faculty, parents, students and parishioners have all contributed a tremendous amount of time and energy to make ICSJ the Catholic school of choice for families from over twenty different communities in the Chicago area.

ICSJ opened its doors in 2002 to seventeen wonderful students in prekindergarten and kindergarten.  As we celebrate our fifteenth year as a school community, we look back and remain in awe of our many accomplishments. We have grown to be a school of 450 students across two state-of-the-art campuses, whose high-achieving graduates gain entry into the most selective high schools in Chicago.

Our numerous accomplishments include the opening of our second campus in 2011, launching a 1:1 iPad program for students in Grades 4-8 in 2016, providing wonderful enrichment classes to develop the whole child, a competitive athletic program and standardized test scores that consistently place our students in the top ten percent of the nation. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share and highlight these successes through our website.

Although this website is a wonderful introduction to the school and serves as a hub of information for our current and prospective families, a visit to ICSJ will offer a complete picture of the vibrant and nurturing environment that is Immaculate Conception-St. Joseph School. We look forward to meeting you soon.

Sincerely,
