While most families prefer to enroll in this plan, spreading payments out over 10 months, a $250 tuition reduction per student is available to families who choose to pay in full by May 15 instead. The Tuition Rates and Fees listed below are for the upcoming 2025/26 School Year. Tuition is evaluated in January of each school year and we generally implement a 3-5% raise each school year to follow cost of living and cost of doing business increases. This is a per-family contribution, not per-child. This payment is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and can be made via check or direct debit from a checking or savings account. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE The ICSJ Tuition Assistance Program provides tuition assistance to families who value a Catholic education but are challenged with paying the full cost of tuition. Tuition assistance is available for families who qualify based on financial need and varies based on the level of need. All applications must be completed through the FACTS Grant & Aid Application. All families are required to reapply each year for the Tuition Assistance Program. A FACTS Grant & Aid application link will be provided to any family who has completed the admissions process and who has been offered admission to ICSJ School. In order to be eligible for tuition assistance, current ICSJ families must be in good financial standing. Please note: The FACTS Grant & Aid Application closes each year in March for the upcoming School Year. Most years, financial resources available for providing assistance to families will be depleted by May. If you are applying outside of the normal fall/winter application period, please contact Jodi Thyen to inquire about the potential for any available funds and to complete a Grant & Aid Application.
